Building a Business Between Snack Time and Strategy Calls
Most days don’t start with calm and coffee. They start with little voices fighting over the remote, breakfast to make, and client messages waiting for a reply. I’m squeezing work into tiny windows, making magic from the kitchen table, and building a business in the middle of motherhood.
This is what it really looks like to run a social media and marketing business from home while raising two energetic boys.
The Reality Behind the Scenes:
My life doesn’t fit the traditional idea of “balance.” I work during naps, school hours, and sometimes late into the night. I create reels while my kids build pillow forts. I answer emails while cooking dinner.
It’s hard. Really hard.
There are days I feel like I’m failing at both motherhood and business. When I question if this dream of mine is even sustainable.
But then, there are the wins.
A client’s video goes viral. A stranger buys my product and says it changed their strategy. My six-year-old looks at me and says, “You work hard, Mommy.”
And I remember — this is why I built it.
Why I Chose This Path:
I started this business for freedom.
Freedom to raise my kids and still create something meaningful.
Freedom to be available and ambitious at the same time.
Freedom to help others grow online without burnout or overwhelm.
And now, I’m creating something that gives you that same freedom too.
